Your problem is with:

t_th_sfc type HASHED TABLE OF RSDRI_S_SFC with unique key CHANM

This is not the type of the function parameter   I_TH_SFC .

Double click the FM name and copy and paste the correct type of it and replace it with the type of your
t_th_sfc variable.
