What are the Keys of your DSO ???
Is its only Employee then you will get the desired results..i.e. the cube will have same data as DSO.
If the DSO Key is Employee and Org Unit then the result will be as ur getting now.
So create a New DSO2 and Load the entire data into the NEW DSO2 from DSO1 (Old DSO) and Delete data from the Exisitng DSO1 and change the Keys or use the New DSO2.
